Stelios Katopodis, former Greek National Opera ballet dancer, executes a dance in order t paralogize the greatest passion Queen Victoria had, dancing. It has been said that she was forbidden to dance her most loved waltz until the day of her marriage to Prince Albert as in Victorian England at midcentury the repopularize “scandalous waltz” were symbols of modernity, new and fast and threateningly disruptive. That night, when she was first allowed to appear, Queen Victoria stayed in the ballroom dancing until 02:00 in the morning. The film is set at Victoria metro station, located in Athens, Greece. The station was named “Victoria” in honour of the Queen of the United Kingdom in 1864.
